Wow, what great value for money! The room at Medplaya Hotel was clean, modern, and had a fantastic shower with hot water. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach, and the staff treated us like royalty. They were friendly, helpful, and really made us feel at home.

Breakfast delights could use a little more variety.

The reception staff were charming and helpful and when we had a small problem with the fuse in our room they could not have been more helpful.We only stayed fo rone night, so our experience was not a long one

Staff in the restaurant -- always overconcentrated, unfriendly. Meals are not various at all, no sweets, if there are any -- not tasty.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy feel that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a classic elegance. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility with ramps and elevators, allowing me to move around comfortably.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and considerate service from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied or rushed, which affected the overall experience.

The hotel is in a very poor condition. The parking, which was a small gravel section to the side of the hotel, cost 8 euros for one night, for a moto scooter. I was allocated a parking position which was already in use by a huge 4x4. Driving a scooter on gravel is also very dangerous. Also the gate was left open regularly which meant the 8 euros was a complete waste of time.

Our stay at Medplaya Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, with a quiet street and the beach nearby. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a great view. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with nice curtains that completely darkened the room for a good night's sleep. The shower and bathroom were also excellent. We enjoyed the seafood and variety of fruits offered for meals, and the entertainment program was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

While the wifi in our room was a bit slow, it was manageable for a short stay. The meals, while plentiful, could have been less repetitive.

Like the excellent proximity to the beach of Platja D'Aro. Almost right on it. Easy walk to all the restaurants lining the beach. Not a bad walk all the way downtown for the nightlife.

The hotel looks and feels like it hasn't been updated since about 1975. The room doors are a step above cardboard and offer no sense of security. The price is utterly and completely out of line for the quality of the room and hotel. The staff are nice and the location is nice.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who enjoy being near the sea. The beach is just one block away and is easily accessible from the hotel. there are many shops and grocery stores nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

There may be occasional noise from the surrounding area that could disrupt your sleep.

During my recent business trip to Platja d'Aro, I had the pleasure of staying at Medplaya Hotel Monterrey. The hotel, chosen by my director, exceeded my expectations in many ways. the property offers a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with bar service, where I could relax and enjoy refreshing drinks under the Spanish sun. The availability of hammocks and parasols made my poolside experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel boasts a well-maintained seasonal outdoor pool, providing a tranquil setting with stunning views of the garden. Lastly, the hotel's central location in the leisure center of Aro ensured that I had easy access to various entertainment options nearby, ensuring my stay was filled with excitement.

A minor issue arose during check-in when a front desk employee seemed rude upon my arrival.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and some great supermarkets. The food was plenty and tasty, especially the fish dishes that we tried. We appreciated the renovated rooms and comfy beds which made our stay even cosier.

We experienced some queuing at meal times, mainly breakfast and dinner. Although the queues moved quickly, they were a bit frustrating at times. We also struggled to find parking as the town is busy during the festive season. The pool area could have been better maintained and cleaned.
